pNPC: Victor the Eelektross

I wanted to practice drawing Eelektross, but I didn't want to draw a random one since that'd be boring. So I decided I'd finally design Karma's dad!
This is also how I draw my concept art, with sketchy lines and such. It makes things more fun. xD

So here's a little bit of information on him:
His name is Victor, and he is currently working at a local workshop/blacksmith in Backwood Slums. Victor was abandoned as an egg, but luckily for him a lovely couple found his egg and raised him as one of their own. (I still have yet to decide on what species his foster parents are). Unfortunately, his parents didn't know much about his species since they weren't exceptionally educated and his kind were very sparse in the slums. It wasn't until he met Ariel, a beautiful Gardevoir, that he learned more about his kind. She still didn't know /everything/ about his species, but at least she helped clear up a few things such as the name of his species and the evolution line. At this point in time, he was an Eelektrik and overdo for an evolution. With Ariel's help, they found a Thunderstone and Victor discovered the joys of having arms. It wasn't long after that Ariel and Victor realized their true feelings for each other. They got married and Victor opened his workshop. Karma was born a few years later. c:

Victor still doesn't know who his biological parents are, all he knows is that he has markings and fins not commonly seen on Eelektross. So he must be a half breed of Eelektrik or Eelektross and something else. I'll give a virtual cookie to anyone who can guess what the other Pokemon was. ; ) Dusklightning Guessed correctly and won their virtual cookie. The answer was a Stunfisk. His mom is an Eelektrik.

I'm still working on their story, but the general idea is that Victor was an accident and his mom, feeling very embarrassed, abandoned the egg as soon as it was laid. :c
